1. About FrenchBoxx

• French language courses (A1, A2, B1, B2 levels and above)
• Online live instructor-led classes
• Offline classroom training
• Exam preparation (DELF / TEF / TCF guidance)
• Study abroad language preparation
• Corporate training (if applicable)

2. Eligibility

Students must be at least 14 years of age to enroll independently.

Students under 18 years must have parental or guardian consent.

By enrolling, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Course Enrollment & Registration

Admission is confirmed only after payment of the applicable course fee.

Seats in offline batches are limited and allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Online batch timing will be communicated after registration.

The Institute reserves the right to reschedule or merge batches based on student availability.

4. Fees & Payment Policy

All course fees must be paid in half time period of the curse duration.

Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in special circumstances approved by management.

If a student chooses to discontinue the course, no refund will be issued.

Course fees are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Refund Policy

Registration fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Refund requests must be made in writing via email.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15–30 working days.

No refund will be provided once classes have commenced.

6. Attendance Policy

Offline Classes:

• Students are expected to maintain regular attendance.
• If a class is missed, makeup sessions are subject to availability.
• Continuous absenteeism may lead to removal from the batch without refund.

Online Classes:

• Students must ensure a stable internet connection.
• Recordings (if provided) are for personal learning only and cannot be shared.
• Technical issues on the student’s end are not the responsibility of the Institute.

7. Code of Conduct

• Maintain discipline and respect towards trainers and fellow students.
• Avoid abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior.
• Not record or distribute classroom sessions without written permission.
• Not misuse Institute materials, content, or brand name.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All study material, notes, PDFs, videos, presentations, and content provided by FrenchBoxx are the intellectual property of the Institute.

• Sharing course materials publicly
• Selling or distributing study content
• Recording sessions for redistribution
• Using materials for commercial purposes

Legal action may be taken in case of violation.

9. Certification

Course completion certificates will be issued only after fulfilling attendance and assessment requirements.

FrenchBoxx provides training support but does not guarantee passing external exams such as DELF/TEF/TCF.

Results of external examinations depend on individual performance.

10. Online Platform Usage

• Use the official links provided by the Institute.
• Not share login credentials with others.
• Not misuse digital learning resources.

Unauthorized sharing may lead to immediate account termination.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Personal technical issues during online classes.
• Loss of personal belongings in offline classrooms.
• Examination results of external certification bodies.
• Indirect or consequential losses arising from use of services.

12. Changes to Courses or Policies

• Modify course structure, syllabus, fees, or schedules.
• Update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Cancel or reschedule batches due to unforeseen circumstances.

Updated Terms will be posted on the website.

13. Privacy

Student data such as name, contact details, and academic information will be handled securely and used only for:

• Course administration
• Communication
• Academic purposes

We do not sell or share student data with third parties without consent.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Chandigarh, India.
